You can contact our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org for help. Please note that you’ll lose all the data and content in that account after deletion.
How do I delete my account?
If you want to upgrade your subscription plan, simply navigate to Account > Subscription > Upgrade in your CocoSign account, then select the plan you want. If you want to downgrade your subscription plan, please contact email@example.com.

No, we do not charge any cancellation fees if you cancel your subscription.

No, you can sign unlimited documents and send sign requests as often as needed each month. But the number of signed files you can download or send to others via email varies according to the pricing plans.
Is there a limit to the number of documents I can sign or send for signatures per month?
No. Your recipients can sign documents without creating a CocoSign account.
Do my recipients need a CocoSign account to sign my document?
No. CocoSign will not charge free users anything after the signup. You will only get billed if you upgrade to a paid plan.
