What forms of payment do you accept?

You can contact our Customer Service via email at support@cocosign.com for a refund with justified reasons. We will guide you through the refund process and make sure your experience with CocoSign is a positive one.

How can I get a refund?

Yes, you can try CocoSign’s services for free with the free version of CocoSign, and if you find yourself in need of the extra features on offer, simply upgrade to a paid plan.

Can I try CocoSign for free before making a purchase?

After clicking Login on the top bar of any webpage, you can either sign in using your Google account or fill in your name and email address to create a free CocoSign account. If you want to use the advanced Cocosign features, upgrade to a paid version at any time.

How do I create a CocoSign account?

No. You can sign up and use CocoSign without entering any credit card details.

Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

Please contact our customer support at support@cocosign.com with your request, we will get it done for you as soon as possible.

How do I change the email address for my account?

Yes. To add more seats to your team, please head to Team > Add Seats > enter the number of seats you need on the account > click Confirm and make the payment.

My Professional plan only has one seat. Can I add more?
