After you are finished creating a template in CocoSign, you can use it anytime you need it and send them off to be signed in just a few clicks. Here’s how it works.
1. Log in to your account and hit the Templates tab on your dashboard to open the templates page. Locate the template you want to use by searching or simply scanning the template list and click Use.
Alternatively, click the START NOW button on the dashboard. Click the drop-down menu of Choose Template on the screen that appears and then select the template you wish to use. A thumbnail of the template will be displayed as you hover over it.
2. In the Add Recipients dialog box, enter the recipient information for any role recipients. Please note that the role recipients are arranged in an order you set before.
3. Click Send.
The document will now be emailed to the recipients in the signing order you specified. Easy as pie!
