Integrate CocoSign Into Microsoft Office Word

Here is how to integrate CocoSign into Microsoft 365 apps:

Integrate CocoSign with Microsoft Office Word

You can add CocoSign directly on your Microsoft Office Word application without opening the web browser and prepare your Word document for signing at one click. Follow our instructions below:

Step1: Open or create a Word file. Click Insert on the ribbon, and then tap the Get Add-ins option on the tab. As the Office Add-ins window pops up, enter CocoSign in the search bar and hit Add to install the add-in (no charge). 

Step 2: After installing the add-in, you will see the CocoSign icon at the right side of the ribbon. Click it and hit Sign Now to connect your Word with CocoSign.

Step 3: You will be navigated to the signature page and your Word document will be converted into a PDF file. Now you can start signing the document with CocoSign.

Integrate CocoSign with Office Online

If you prefer to use the online version of Microsoft Office Word, you can also connect it with CocoSign. You can easily sign your online Word document with CocoSign add-in:

Step 1: Get the CocoSign for Word add-in here and log in to your Microsoft 365 account.

Step 2: Open the add-in in Word online. After getting your document ready, click the CocoSign logo and hit Sign Now.

Step 3: You will be navigated to the signing procedure without having to upload the document from your computer. Then you can sign the Word document yourself or request a signature from others.

Note: Besides signing Word documents, you can also import files from OneDrive by logging in your Microsoft account.
