Integrate CocoSign Into Google Apps

Activate Cocosign Google Drive Integration
CocoSign’s integration with Google Drive enables you to add legally binding electronic signatures to your Google Drive documents, or import documents from Google Drive and send them to your signers.
To get started, you need to install a CocoSign add-on here.
If you need to sign or send your Google Drive document for signature, locate and select the document, then right-click it. From the dropdown list, hover on Open with and click the CocoSign option.
Then the document will be added to the signature procedure, you can choose to sign it yourself or send it to other recipients for signing.
Note: When uploading documents from your CocoSign dashboard, you can also choose to import documents from Google Drive.
Connect CocoSign with Google Docs
With CocoSign add-on for Docs, you can sign and send Google Docs after editing them without opening CocoSign website and uploading the document.
After installing the add-on, you can select a document from your Google Docs account to add your own eSignature or send it to other signers.
As you confirm the document is ready for signature, select from Add-ons and click Sign with CocoSign.
You will see a pop-up notice that tells you the current document will be signed as a read-only document. Click Start to proceed.
Now you can see the Doc added to CocoSign, awaiting your next action.
CocoSign Add-on for Gmail
After setting up CocoSign Add-on for Gmail, you can sign Gmail attachments easily without downloading and uploading the document in CocoSign. See what you can do with this integration.
Open an email with an attachment file and hit the CocoSign logo on the right sidebar. Click Sign to add the document to CocoSign and get it signed.
Alternatively, you can click the attachment, select Open with and click the CocoSign option.
Then you can sign the document smoothly with CocoSign.
